Who we are

Alliance General Construction Corp is a NYC DCWP licensed general contractor with over a decade of construction experience, based at 2561 Cruger Ave in the Bronx. Most of our work is exterior and structural. Brick, stone, concrete, roofs, facades and the waterproofing that keeps everything behind them dry.

We work on prewar walkups, brownstones, two family houses, co ops and commercial property across the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Westchester County. A good share of what we do is repair work on buildings that were put up a century ago, which needs a different approach from new construction.

How we work

We come out and look at the actual problem before quoting anything. If a repair will solve it, we say so. If it needs a rebuild, we say that instead, and we show you why. Customers who have been with us for years came back because the first answer was honest.
