How long does an addition take?
From filing to finish, typically four to eight months depending on scope and how quickly the filing is approved. The construction itself is often the shorter half.
Can you work while we stay in the house?
Often yes. We isolate the work area, keep dust controlled and sequence to keep kitchens and bathrooms usable as long as possible.
Do you handle architectural drawings?
We work from your architect's drawings, or we can refer you to architects we work with regularly if you do not have one yet.
